In addition to specializing in MS, Dr. Filippakis also has expertise in general neurology. She will be able to accommodate a limited number of general neurology patients in need of the following services:

• Headache and migraine management, including Botox treatments and occipital nerve blocks.

• Diagnosis and medication management of ADHD.

• Diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of tremor and Parkinson’s Disease.

• Diagnosis and management of Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementia syndromes.

• Non-surgical treatment of epilepsy.

• Chronic management of stroke.

• Concussion management.

• Diagnosis and treatment of restless leg syndrome.

Please note that Dr. Filippakis does NOT:

• Perform EMG and/or nerve conduction studies.

• Prescribe the new anti-amyloid infusions for Alzheimer’s Disease (Leqembi, Kisunla).

• Treat chronic pain disorders, radiculopathy, CRPS, or POTS.
